Annual Maintenance and Repair Works for Water Supply Schemes by PHE Division-I Peshawar

Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids through EPADS for annual maintenance and repair works on existing water supply schemes under single stage two envelopes procedure. Four separate work packages are offered covering civil works for Sub Division No. I and Sub Division No. II, as well as electrical and mechanical works for both subdivisions in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bid security is fixed at two and a half percent of the Engineer's estimated cost, with detailed scope, estimated cost, work-wise bill of quantities and other project specifications outlined in the Bid Solicitation Documents available for download from EPADS and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA websites.

Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status and shall meet all basic eligibility criteria as mentioned in the bid solicitation documents. Bid security in the form of call deposit receipt (CDR) must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope made in favour of the undersigned through registered post or in person before the last date and time for bid submission. Additionally, a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope as call deposit receipt in the name of the undersigned through registered post or in person before the closing deadline.

Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website (kp.procure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. Bidders must upload their bids through EPADS before the last date and time of submission on 8th June 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened on 8th June 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. For queries and clarifications, bidders may communicate through EPADS.
