The Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed competitive bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Development System (EPADS) for the procurement of works and services on a single stage single envelope basis. The tender includes thirteen water supply scheme projects (WSS) comprising pumping chamber, chowkidar hut and boundary wall construction systems across various locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with repair and maintenance services for the PHE Division-I office building in Peshawar. The estimated value of the works is calculated at two percent of the Engineer's estimated cost, with bid security required accordingly. This notice is published in accordance with the Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014.
Bidders must possess valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council to be eligible for participation. Applicants for serials one through thirteen must hold valid category C-6 specialization licenses (CE09, CE10, EE04, or EE1 codes), while applicants for serials one through four and serial fifteen require either BC04 or CE10 category licenses. For serial fifteen, bidders must provide a valid Electric Contractor License Class-E issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy and Power Department. All bidders must possess valid standardization certificates for pumping machinery from the Standardization Committee Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, valid provincial registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtisaab Commission, and federal registration with the Federal Board of Revenue maintaining active NTN status.
Bid solicitation documents including bidding data, bill of quantity, work-wise data and eligibility criteria are available for download from the EPADS website at kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Health Engineering Authority website. Bidders must submit bids online through EPADS by June 9, 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening scheduled for the same date at 1130 hours. Physical sealed bidding documents in separate envelopes containing original documents with security deposit and additional security if applicable must be submitted to the office of the undersigned via registered courier before the submission deadline.
