This is a recurring annual AM&R contract covering ten separate work packages across two irrigation divisions in KPK. Scope ranges from canal maintenance to flood control and tubwell electromechanical work, with individual package values Rs. 23,000–44,000. The notice specifies strict EPAD enlistment and PEC code requirements; bidders without active Irrigation Department enrollment cannot participate. Tight 120-day bid validity and mandatory hardcopy CDR submission alongside e-bidding add procedural complexity. This appears designed for experienced irrigation contractors already registered with KPK department systems.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC License with relevant CE-6 specialization, maintain active KPRA Registration and FBR status, and be enrolled on the EPAD system with renewed 2026-27 enlistment for the Irrigation Department. Typically, firms in this category must also possess active company registration (SECP) and valid NTN. Bank cheques and guarantees are not acceptable for bid security; only CDRs from scheduled banks are permitted.
