Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites electronic bids for the provision of night and light refreshment services for ATC and AMS officers at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, Sindh, for a contract period of two years. The fixed bid security requirement is Rs. 100,000, and the tender is being conducted under PPRA Rule No. 36(b) following a single stage two envelope procurement procedure. This service contract covers the supply and provision of refreshments during night hours for operational staff at the airport's Air Traffic Control and Aerodrome Management Services divisions located at Karachi's main aviation facility.
Bidders must be registered vendors on the E-PADS v2.0 system and are required to submit a copy of their bid security uploaded on the E-PADS v2.0 platform, with the original document submitted before the closing time of the technical tender. Bidders who have not yet registered on the new E-PADS system version may complete their registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids due to cogent reasons, which will be communicated to bidders upon request.

The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the Main Conference Room, Level-06, JTC Karachi.
