Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Tandlianwala, located in District Faisalabad, Punjab, invites online bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for framework contracts covering the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses ten separate lots with a total estimated value of approximately 29.8 million Pakistani rupees, including local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items; dialysis medicines and consumables; pathology laboratory items and reagent kits; general store items; printing materials; stationery; bedding and linen; X-ray films and chemical items; dental materials and instruments; and medical gases. Each lot is procured separately under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended to date), with bidders required to submit lot-wise bids only.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax, GST, and PST authorities and include registered partnerships, sole proprietors, firms, or companies with relevant experience in supplying the specified categories. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 180 days. The original CDR must be submitted in hard copy form in a sealed envelope at the hospital office on or before the closing date and time. Active NTN and valid Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory.
Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the tender closing date. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS on or before June 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. The procuring agency will award contracts to the bidder with the lowest rate for each lot; no negotiations are expected. Bidders should submit their best and final prices.
