Description / Scope of Work
The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites national competitive bids for the procurement of Interactive Smart Board with Video Conferencing and OPS Module under Bid Reference No UOR/PD/2025-26/20. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process for the supply of interactive smart boards integrated with video conferencing capabilities and OPS modules to support the university's educational infrastructure in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab. The procuring agency seeks qualified suppliers capable of delivering high-specification equipment that meets the technical requirements outlined in the bidding documents. The scope includes delivery, installation, inspection, testing, and warranty services as detailed in the contract terms.
Bidders must be eligible vendors registered and authorized to supply such equipment in Pakistan. Bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet. All bidders must provide documentation establishing their eligibility, qualification, and the conformity of goods to the bidding documents. Technical specifications are provided in Section III of the bidding documents, and bidders must ensure their offerings meet all mandatory knock-down criteria and technical evaluation standards. The deadline for submission of bids is 10th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date at the university premises located at 13km, Sarai Alamgir Road, Mandi Bahauddin. Bids must be sealed and marked according to instructions and submitted before the deadline. Post-qualification evaluation will be conducted on technically compliant bids, with award criteria detailed in Section IV of the documents.
