Description / Scope of Work
The University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites bids through the E-PADS system for the procurement of security cabins and guard posts. This is a national competitive bidding opportunity for well-reputed, financially sound firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized agents or dealers with relevant experience in the supply and fabrication of security cabins. The estimated cost of the procurement is PKR 4,950,000 and the contract will be executed on a DDP basis with delivery at the University of Rasul located in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab. The tender reference number is UOR/PD/2025-26/19 and bidders must comply strictly with all required specifications and bidding document terms and conditions.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and provide bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, which is PKR 99,000. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank draft, pay order, or bank guarantee in favor of the Treasurer, University of Rasul. A scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format must be uploaded through the E-PADS portal; bids without this supporting documentation will be rejected as non-responsive. All bids must include required undertakings, affidavits, and valid documentary evidence as specified in the tender documents.
Tender documents are available free of cost on the University website at www.putrasul.edu.pk, the Punjab procurement website at www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk, and through the E-PADS system at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidders must also submit a hard copy of the original bid security to the Directorate of Purchase and Store before the bid opening.
