The Irrigation Department of the Government of Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of deficient flood fighting materials for the Chiniot Flood Bund of Chiniot Drainage Sub Division under the Samundri Drainage Division, Irrigation Zone, Faisalabad. The project involves supply of essential emergency response equipment including oil pumps, water-proof chouldarries, plastic bags, rechargeable torches, life jackets, medical kits, LED flood lights, raincoats, symbolic jackets, water collars, portable umbrellas, utensils, walkie talkie sets, extension cables, wire crates, bamboo stakes, and jute bags. The estimated project value stands at Rs 2,834,336 with work completion recorded at Rs 2,469,836. This comprehensive flood relief material procurement is critical for emergency preparedness in Faisalabad region during flood seasons.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant experience in supply and delivery of emergency equipment and flood fighting materials. Contractors should possess valid tax registration and must meet the qualification criteria as specified in the bidding documents. A bid security will be required as per government procurement regulations to ensure contract performance and compliance with tender conditions.
Bid documents are available from the Samundri Drainage Division office at Faisalabad. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Executive Engineer of Samundri Drainage Division on or before the closing date of 10 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at the specified office location. All bids must include detailed itemized quotations with unit rates and total amounts filled in words and figures.
