Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Mianwali invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of fifteen customised fabricated containers for food street shops in Mianwali, Punjab. Each container measures 8 feet by 10 feet with an internal clear height of 8 feet and comprises 1.2 millimetre thick mild steel corrugated sheet walls, 1.6 millimetre thick mild steel plain sheet roof, and structural pillars of 1.6 millimetre thickness. The containers include single leaf doors measuring 3 feet by 7 feet with MS container sheet fabrication and a locking system, MS container sheet locking mechanisms, aluminium sliding windows with 6 millimetre thick transparent glass, electrical wiring, insulation, flooring work, ceiling, wall panelling, sun shades, and an exhaust fan. All work must be completed in approved colours as per engineer-approved designs and specifications, with complete technical specifications provided for bidder reference.
Bidders must submit sealed bids in accordance with the tender requirements. The bid amount should include all labour, materials, and installation costs to complete the work in all respects. An additional five percent PRA (Price Adjustment) must be added to the basic bid amount. All work must be performed to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge, and bidders are required to submit with their bids any credentials, experience certificates, or technical qualifications as may be stipulated by the issuing authority.
Bid documents must be submitted to the District Council Mianwali office by the closing date of 10 June 2026. Interested bidders should contact the District Officer or the relevant engineering department for complete bid documents, detailed specifications, and clarification on technical requirements. The work location is Mianwali city, and all containers must be delivered and installed at designated food street locations within the municipality as directed by the supervising engineer.
