Description / Scope of Work
The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites bids through EPADS for the design and construction of corridor access points and construction of shelters on newly extended feeder routes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This major infrastructure project is divided into two sub-heads: construction of corridor access points and bus stop shelters with an estimated cost of Rs. 486.584 million, and conversion of an existing parking area into a commercial zone at Zu Business Centre Chamkani Lot-2 valued at Rs. 210.760 million. The works fall under categories C-3 and above, requiring contractors with substantial experience in corridor and commercial development projects. The tender is issued under the single stage two envelope system as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-2026, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must possess current active status with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee for KP and demonstrate sufficient experience in the relevant field of work. Bid security of Rs. 10,000 must be submitted in the form of a call deposit receipt in favor of the Director General, PDA, through registered post/courier before the deadline. All mandatory documents including PDA provincial enlistment renewal, PEC registrations, active KPRA and FBR status, and relevant affidavits must be uploaded on EPADS.
Sample tender forms and bid solicitation documents are available on the official EPADS website at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS before the closing date of June 11, 2026 at 1100 hours. The pre-bid meeting will be held on June 3, 2026 at 1400 hours in the office of the Director (Coordination) at PIU-BRT, PDA Commercial Complex, Block-II 2nd Floor, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be evaluated subsequently. Clarifications and queries must be submitted through EPADS or the undersigned office before the submission deadline.
