The Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division, invites electronic tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope Method of KAPPRA Rules 2014 via the EPADS portal for the construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Sandana adjacent to Sandana FC Check Post in Tirah Sub-Division, Khyber Tribal District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project is titled Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I. The estimated cost is Rs. 6.000 million based on MRS 2024 1st Bi-Annual rates, with a completion period of five months. This procurement is aimed at enhancing forest fire detection and management capabilities in the region.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Sales Tax and Income Tax purposes, and also registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the year 2025-26. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2 percent in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of PR8075 Divisional Forest Officer Khyber in a sealed envelope marked as Bid Security before the closing date. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duty, and taxes including KPRA taxes are recoverable as per government directives. The firm must be a registered entity with KPRA under Rule 37A of KP-PPRA.
Interested bidders are required to register on the EPADS link at http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration and submit e-bids on or before 5th August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. E-Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from EPADS; no hard copies will be issued. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative before uploading. Incomplete, conditional, late submitted, or manual bids will not be entertained.
