Construction and Rehabilitation of Gandyali Payan Dam Road Kohat under ADP Scheme

Kohat Irrigation Division invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of Gandyali Payan Dam Road in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Annual Development Programme Scheme No.2015-0153. The estimated project cost is 69.31 million Pakistani Rupees. This single-stage one envelope e-bidding procedure is open to contractors who have renewed their registration for the year 2025-26 in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. The project falls under PEC Category C & above with specialization codes CE01 full or CE01(i), CE02 full or CE02(ix). Bidders must have valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the tender documents.

Eligible firms and contractors are required to submit bid security of two percent of the estimated cost as a deposit at call in the original form along with their bid before the closing deadline. All bidders must ensure valid KPK Revenue Authority registration and have renewed their credentials for the financial year 2025-26. Bid documents are available on the KPPRA website (kppra.gov.pk) and the XEN Irrigation Charasadh Jemple Khal Nishawar portal. Bidders are advised that in case of any unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, unrest, or force majeure events, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and location.

Bid documents must be uploaded on the e-PAD system (www.kppra.gov.pk) on or before the submission deadline of 11 June 2026 up to 12:00 noon, with opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
