Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Marine Academy invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of stationary items and security guards uniforms under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are required to submit their bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procuring agency is located in Karachi, Sindh province, at Hawksbay Road, Mauripur. The selection will be made using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All procurement-related documentation including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before the deadline and are required to furnish bid security in the form of a pay order or submit a bid security declaration as specified in the bidding document. Eligible bidders must meet the criteria outlined in the bid data sheet and possess all necessary licenses and qualifications relevant to the supply of goods. The bid must include all mandatory documents and comply with all evaluation criteria set forth in the bidding documents. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement in accordance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS website at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Interested bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 before the closing deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submission will not be entertained.
