Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Cantonment Board (Engineering) invites electronic bids for the provision of a rubber cushion synthetic jogging track with Portland Cement Concrete civil works at Canna Park, Abid Majeed Road, Lahore Cantonment, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and covers the complete supply and installation of the synthetic jogging track system along with necessary preparatory civil works. The project aims to enhance sports and recreational facilities at the municipal park location in Lahore. Bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform before the registration deadline. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or bank guarantee as specified in the bidding document, or alternatively a bid securing declaration where bid security is not mandated by the procuring agency. Bidders are required to meet all eligibility criteria and evaluation parameters outlined in the detailed bidding documents.
The complete electronic bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions, and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, June 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM using the EPADS platform.
