Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites sealed electronic bids under the Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the procurement of training material for the Steel Fixer Trade at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali in Punjab. This tender is for the supply of training materials with an estimated contract value of PKR 1,298,910 and is being conducted under the Accumulative Cost Basis Least Cost Method. The procurement aims to support vocational training delivery at the institution located in Mianwali and is referenced as tender number GCT/MWI/2025-26.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan to be eligible for participation in this tender. A bid security of PKR 25,979 must be submitted by bidders in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made payable to the Principal, Govt. College of Technology Mianwali. The bid security must be submitted physically at the college office well before the electronic bid opening. Bidders are required to provide Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with their bids to demonstrate compliance with tax obligations.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and bidders must submit completed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 A.M. on 11 June 2026. Bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 A.M. and only the accumulative rates for the entire tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidder.
