District Council Lodhran invites electronic bids for maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) schemes for the Muharram-ul-Haram 2025-26 period across its jurisdiction in Punjab. The tender encompasses twenty infrastructure projects with a combined estimated value of approximately 41.48 million Pakistani rupees, covering rehabilitation of tuff tile roads, repair of drain and sewer systems, RCC slabs and culverts, soling and resoling works, and supply of manhole covers across multiple tehsils including Lodhran, Kehror Pacca, and Dunyapur. Projects range from 0.367 million to 7.339 million rupees and are distributed across villages and areas along the designated Muharram routes to ensure safe passage during the religious observance.
Bidders must be firms, companies, or trading entities duly registered with relevant authorities including PEC, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated project cost in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order made payable to District Council Lodhran. Bidders are required to submit complete electronic bids through the single-stage single-envelope procedure via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal.
Bidding documents are available for immediate download from https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Electronic bids must be submitted by June 15, 2026, at 02:00 PM with opening scheduled for the same date at 02:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office (I&S) Branch, District Council Lodhran, Kahror Pacca Road, Muhammad Siddique Khan Kanju Hall, Lodhran, before the e-bid submission deadline.
