Description / Scope of Work
The Divisional Forest Officer, Kalam Forest Division under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for two construction projects. Package A involves construction of one watch tower at Satal Block Compartment No. 01 with an estimated cost of 6.00 million rupees, while Package B comprises construction of one watch tower at Garni Block Compartment No. 6, also valued at 6.00 million rupees. Both projects are located in the Kalam Forest Division area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement is conducted in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to June 24, 2025, using the Single Stage Single Envelope E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System procedure.
Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013. Bidders are required to possess a minimum category rating of C-6 and above for both packages. Bid security of Rs. 130,000 must be submitted in the form of a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) from a scheduled bank, with complete details including bank name, CDR number and date submitted electronically alongside the e-bid on the EPADS portal.
Instructions to bidders and bid documents can be obtained from the Divisional Forest Officer's office on any working day or downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System before the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted by June 16, 2026 at 12:00 hours, with financial bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 hours. The bid opening venue is the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kalam Forest Division at Madyan Upper Swat.
