KPEZDMC invites sealed bids through a single-stage one-envelope procedure via the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the construction of a dormitory building and related infrastructure at Rashakai Special Economic Zone in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The project cost is estimated at 93.885 million PKR on a bi-annual basis, with construction of buildings and ancillary facilities required to meet a minimum cost threshold of 93 million PKR. This tender is open to eligible contracting firms with valid registration from KPRA and FBR, including valid PEC registration of Category C and above.
Bidders must have previously completed a minimum of one similar nature project with documentary evidence and must provide an Affidavit confirming no blacklisting history in Pakistan. Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of KPEZDMC is mandatory at 5% of the Bid Security value as per notification S.R.O. 134 of 2021 dated 22 March 2022. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office at Plot No. 23, Street No. 11, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the deadline for bid submission.
All bids must be submitted and opened electronically via EPADS at ka.epcnure.gov.pk as per the prescribed schedule with manual submission prohibited. Detailed bid solicitation documents including technical specifications and relevant information are available on the EPADS portal at ka.epcnure.gov.pk. The date and time for bid submission is June 16, 2026 at 02:30 PM with bid opening scheduled for June 16, 2026 at 03:00 PM. KPEZDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage of the bidding process. Only registered bidders on EPADS are eligible to participate; interested bidders must register via https://ka.epcnure.gov.pk/user/registration.
