The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhelum invites sealed bids for the establishment of a School for Midwifery at District Health Development Centre (DHDC) Jhelum and selected Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospitals under Tender No. 1 for the financial year 2025–26. The scope of work encompasses civil construction and related works for the midwifery school facility at DHDC Jhelum, with an estimated project cost of Rs. 19.817 Million. This tender is advertised under the Single Stage Single Envelopes (SSSE) bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The project is situated in Jhelum District, Punjab province, and aims to strengthen healthcare infrastructure and professional midwifery education in the region.
Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 9,90,850 as bid security.
