Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of training material for the Masonry Trade under single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure. The estimated tender value is PKR 1,476,440 with bid security of PKR 29,529 required from all bidders. This procurement is located in Mianwali, Punjab province, and aims to supply necessary training equipment and materials to support vocational education in the masonry trade discipline at the government technical college.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Original bid security in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the Principal at the college address before bid opening. All bids will be evaluated using accumulative rates for the whole tender on a least cost basis, and income or sales tax registration certificates along with other mandatory documents must accompany each bid submission.
Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10:00 A.M. on 11 June 2026, with bids opening at 10:30 A.M. the same day. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid submission issues.
