Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), through its Purchase Department, is procuring a high-end CT scan machine powered by artificial intelligence software specifically designed for stroke detection and analysis. This national-level tender is issued for the supply of medical imaging equipment that integrates advanced AI capabilities to enhance diagnostic accuracy in acute stroke cases. The procurement is conducted under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process as per standard government purchasing procedures for medical equipment acquisition in the federal territory of Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding document, including relevant business registration, financial stability, and technical capacity to supply and install medical imaging equipment. Bid security is required as per the Bid Securing Declaration form included in the tender package. Prospective bidders are required to review the detailed specifications, technical requirements, and service level agreements (SLA) provided in the annexure to ensure full compliance with PIMS requirements.
