Description / Scope of Work
The Water Supply & Sanitation Agency Pakpattan invites sealed bids for five distinct water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects in Pakpattan city, KPK. The procurement includes installation of tube wells with allied work at Baharampur (estimated cost Rs. 11.277 million), Diski area (Rs. 10.797 million), Eid Gah (Rs. 10.689 million), and Pir Karyan (Rs. 14.099 million), along with replacement of sewer pipe lines at Zone A and Zone C WASA Pakpattan (Rs. 2.591 million). The total estimated project value exceeds Rs. 49 million with completion periods ranging from 20 days to 2 months. Work opening date and time is scheduled for 11-06-2026 at 12:30 PM.
Bidders must comply with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Rule-35) and submit bids in both figures and words. The lowest evaluated bidder whose bid falls 5% or more below the sanctioned estimated cost will be required to deposit additional Performance Security of 10% as per quoted rate within 15 days of tender receipt. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the opening date. The Authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any tender at any time without assigning reason. Tenderers are responsible for applicable taxes under Government of Punjab rules.
Bid documents are available from the Water Supply & Sanitation Agency office in Pakpattan. Sealed tenders must be submitted at the office by the closing date and time. Official holiday on opening day will shift procedures to the next working day with timing unchanged.
