Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes

The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors on Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across multiple locations in Dera Ismail Khan division, KPK province. The procurement comprises thirty-four distinct water supply and street drainage sewerage projects with estimated costs ranging from 14.538 million to 21.039 million Pakistani rupees. These projects include water supply schemes in Sardaray Wala, Teer Garh, Kotla Lodhian, Niazi Abad Shah, Grid Road, Athoog, Gomal Khurd, Shore Kot, Mittha Pur, Musa Khar, Dhap Shumali, Diyal, Qureshi Mor Chowk, Ghulamay Wala, Kirri Khaisore, and Rukhnao, along with street pavement, drain and sewerage system works in Paharpur, Laar, Bhagwani, Pattgari, Kot Jai, Kiri Khaisor, Bilot, Ratta Kulachi, Shorkot, Kurai, Chehkan, Zindani, Hissam, Ketch, Yarik, Mandhran, Dhap Shumali, and Kotla Saidan. Each scheme incorporates tube wells with chambers, compound walls, surface tanks, supply mains and distribution systems, plate forms and water collecting points. Eligible bidders must be Government Registered Contractors with appropriate technical qualifications and experience in water supply and civil infrastructure works. Bid security and income tax stamp duty payments are required as specified in the tender documents. Sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 15 June 2026.
