Description / Scope of Work
Walton Cantonment Board, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department in Lahore, Punjab, invites online electronic tenders through the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System for the repair and complete engine overhaul of one Massey Ferguson MF-375 tractor along with required parts. The tender is issued under the single stage single envelope procedure as per Rule 36(j) of PPRA Rules 2004 and is available for bidding on the e-PAK portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. The scope encompasses comprehensive repair work and engine overhaul services for military equipment maintenance.
Eligible bidders must be original equipment manufacturers, authorized dealers, or reputed organizations registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as active taxpayers by the Federal Board of Revenue. All bidders must demonstrate adequate paid experience and financial capabilities to execute the work. A call deposit receipt (CDR) of two percent of the estimated contract cost is required, payable to the Cantonment Executive Officer at Walton Cantonment. Electronic bids must be completed and authenticated as PDF files and submitted online on or before 14th June 2026 at 12:00pm through the e-PAK system, with electronic opening scheduled for 12:30pm the same day.

All bids remain valid for three months, with tax liabilities in accordance with applicable law and rates exclusive of FOR destination. The Cantonment Board Walton reserves the right to accept or reject any e-bid on technical or administrative grounds under PPRA Rules 2004.
