Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of power tools (Package No. 52, Lot-A and Lot-B) on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This procurement is required for five healthcare facilities across Punjab: Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore, Tertiary Care Hospital Nishter-II in Multan, and three 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospitals with Nursing Colleges in Districts Attock, Layyah and Bahawalnagar. The tender is issued under tender number HCP/COMB/ME-260506-1/P52A&B dated 6th May 2026. Bidders must quote all items within their chosen lot; any bid lacking complete item coverage will result in disqualification. Evaluation will be conducted on a lot-wise basis.
All interested applicants must register on EPADS (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's electronic procurement system) to participate. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be attached with the technical bid on EPADS, while the original bid security document must be submitted physically to the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Bidders are advised to verify their eligibility under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and obtain detailed specifications from the RFP documentation available on EPADS.
Completed bids comprising both technical and financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 14:30 hours PST on 15th June 2026. Technical bid opening will take place on the same day at 15:00 hours PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, with bidder representatives welcome to attend.
