Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 132KV beams, columns, earth mast and 11KV structure (goods) on a national competitive basis. This is a single stage, one envelope bidding process for the supply of specialized electrical infrastructure components required by HAZECO for its operations in the Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement encompasses structural steel components critical for high-voltage transmission and distribution systems. Bidders should note the scope includes design, manufacture, and delivery of the specified goods as detailed in the technical specifications section of the bidding document.
Prospective bidders must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document, including financial capacity assessment, relevant experience in similar supply contracts, valid business registration, and absence of pending litigation or contractual defaults. A bid security declaration is required as part of the submission. Bidders must possess proper authorization from manufacturers if applicable and provide certified copies of past experience with completed contracts of similar nature and value.

Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of 16 June 2026.
