Sui Northern Gas Limited invites offers from manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of laptops under Tender Notice Advertisement No. 23/2026. The procurement includes 300 units of 16-inch laptops with Core Ultra 5 or equivalent specification and 100 units of 14-inch laptops with Core Ultra 5 or equivalent specification. The tender is being processed on an open competitive bidding basis for both international and local bidders as per PPRA Rules. The tender documents are available at the Gas House office located at 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, and can be purchased from 1100 hours to 1230 hours on any working day prior to the opening date. The tender reference LED-048/26 has a closing time of 1430 hours with public opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the date mentioned against the tender. Local manufacturers and suppliers are required to provide copies of valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax, and latest Professional Tax Certificates along with their tender document purchase request. International bidders can obtain documents through PPRA's website via EPADS system, while local bidders must use the EPADS portal for submission. A tender fee of Rs. 2500 (non-refundable) is required for international tenders in the form of bank order or demand draft favoring SNGPL. Bid security is fixed at 2 percent excluding GST of the estimated value as mentioned in tender documents.
