Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), an authority established under the Ministry of Commerce for promotion of international trade and business, invites sealed bids from companies and exporters registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of premium quality Samar Bahisht Chaunsa mango including treatment, packaging, inland delivery and air shipment to Pakistan's missions abroad under the Prime Minister Mango Diplomacy 2026 initiative. This procurement spans the supply chain from sourcing through final international air delivery of high-quality Pakistani mangoes to diplomatic missions globally.
All bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and apply through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible companies and exporters should submit a sealed technical bid proposal accompanied by physical bid security of Rs. 4,000,000 PKR in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. The bidding process follows Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rule 36(b) for open competitive bidding. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, with reasons for rejection or annulment communicated to bidders in accordance with Procurement Rules.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for download through e-PADS for a tender fee of Rs. 5,000, which must be submitted with the bid. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 16th June 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
