Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various electrical materials and equipment required for its operations in KPK province. The tender encompasses multiple items including receiving panels, outgoing panels, transformers, bus insulators, isolators, lightning arresters, fuse insulators, columns, earth masts, and various connectors and cables needed for power distribution and transmission infrastructure. The total procurement scope covers numerous line items with specifications detailed in the tender document, to be delivered to designated stores in KPK as per NTDC/HESCO specifications. Bid documents are available for download from the HAZECO website and PPRA portal.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant licenses, and prior experience in supplying similar electrical equipment. A bid security deposit equivalent to the bid amount must be submitted in the name of the Chief Executive Officer of HAZECO as per regulations specified in the tender document. Bidders are required to furnish certified copies of all documentation including proof of financial capability and technical competence as outlined in the tender conditions.
Bid documents may be obtained from the HAZECO head office at Gulistaan Colony, Abbottabad during office hours. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the designated portal before the closing date of 16 June 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM.
