Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of an incoming panel for a 31.5/40 MVA power transformer on a national competitive basis. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement of goods managed by the Manager Supply Chain Management at HAZECO headquarters located in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the Standard Bidding Document framework and is open to eligible bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility and technical criteria outlined in the tender notice.
Bidders must possess valid business registration, relevant experience in supply of similar electrical equipment, and meet the minimum financial capacity and net worth requirements as specified in the bid data sheet. A bid security declaration or bid security form as prescribed must accompany each bid submission. All bidders are required to sign an integrity pact and provide a performance guarantee upon contract award. Technical specifications, drawings, and detailed requirements are provided in the annexure section of this document.
Bid documents are available from HAZECO SCM office at Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad, and may be obtained by contacting the Manager Supply Chain Management. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the same address on or before the closing date of 16 June 2026. Bid opening will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned in the bid data sheet.
