The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites quotations for complete repair and servicing of sound mixing and audio equipment at its City Campus location in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement includes repair services for one sound mixer unit and three speaker units, along with supply of XLR connector cables in two specifications: ten units of 10-foot male-female XLR cables with Neutrik connectors and twenty units of 4-foot male-female XLR cables with Neutrik connectors, all sourced with Trenery brand or approved equivalent products. This Request for Quotation RFQ-003772 is issued for the institution's audio-visual infrastructure maintenance requirements at the main campus on University Road.
Prospective bidders must conduct a mandatory site visit to IBA City Campus on 3 June 2026 at 3:00 PM (Extensions 1507, 1502) before submitting quotations to verify equipment condition and technical specifications. Quotations must clearly itemize repair labour costs with applicable SST tax rates for services and GST tax rates for material supplies as per government regulations. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, split awards among multiple vendors, modify quantities, and impose additional government levies including 0.35% stamp duty on the purchase order total value.
