Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Kohistan Upper invites single stage two envelope bids for the design, engineering, and construction of multiple water supply schemes and sanitation works across Northern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement notice covers six distinct water supply and sanitation projects in Kohistan Upper, with a combined estimated cost of approximately Rs. 215.5 million. The projects include water supply schemes for Naran, Upper Berth, Sharan, Shogran, and Shandur areas, along with sewerage treatment plant and sanitation facilities. All works are to be executed in Kohistan Upper, KPK, under the Public Health Engineering Division's mandate to provide essential water and sanitation infrastructure to underserved communities in the region.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category D or higher, hold valid tax registration and business registration certificates, and provide bid security as specified in the tender documents. Bidders are required to obtain performance bonds, parent company guarantees, and comply with all financial and legal requirements stipulated by the Public Health Engineering Division. Interested bidders must possess relevant experience in similar water supply and sanitation projects and demonstrate technical and financial capacity to undertake works of this magnitude.
Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Kohistan Upper, on submission of Rs. 500 as non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before the closing date of June 11, 2026. The bid opening will take place at the office of the Executive Engineer on the same date.
