Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA), established under the Digital Nation Pakistan Act 2025, invites proposals from well-reputed sole proprietors, firms, and companies for the provision of car rental services to facilitate its employees on an as-and-when-required basis in Islamabad, Federal Province. This pre-qualification tender seeks technically qualified and responsive applicants who will be placed on PDA's panel under a closed framework agreement for one year. The services are required for office transportation needs across the Federal region.
Eligibility criteria require applicants to be registered sole proprietors, firms, or companies incorporated with the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or registered with the Registrar of Firms. Applicants must maintain valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax purposes and relevant tax/revenue authorities, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). An undertaking is mandatory confirming the applicant has not been blacklisted by any government or semi-government institution. Compliance with all clauses of the bidding document and terms of reference must be demonstrated through signed and stamped pages of the proposal, along with designation of an authorized representative for communication purposes.

Interested applicants should obtain the complete bid documents from PDA and submit their proposals before the closing deadline. The proposal should include financial bids as per the specified format and all mandatory documentary evidence.
