Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories Supply Chain Management invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the supply of three items: Barium Nitrate (TE No 0007/LP/FILL/54 dated 04-May-2026), Barium Nitrate (TE No 0016/LP/FILL/55 dated 05-May-2026), and Aminoguanidinium Sulphate Monohydrate (TE No 0077/LP/FILL/56 dated 14-May-2026). The procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management division of Pakistan Ordnance Factories located in Wah Cantt, Punjab province. All bidding activities will be conducted through the official e-bidding portal.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or registered suppliers who maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and are registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan. Prospective bidders are advised to review the detailed bidding documents, which contain comprehensive item specifications, technical requirements, and all terms and conditions governing the procurement process.
Bidding documents are available free of cost at the office of the Director Supply Chain Management or can be downloaded from the official POF website at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk or www.pof.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted online through the designated portal on or before 22 June 2026 with a closing time of 1000 hours. Tender opening will take place at 1030 hours on the same date.
