Managed Email and Web Hosting Services by TransPeshawar

TransPeshawar, the Urban Mobility Company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is inviting proposals from eligible service providers for the procurement of Managed Email and Web Hosting Services in Peshawar, KPK. The service providers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and KPPRA. The detailed scope of services and requirements are specified in the Request for Proposal document, which is available on the TransPeshawar website and through the EPAD Acquisition and Disposal System. Procurement will be conducted as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act and Rules, using a Single Stage One Envelope competitive bidding procedure.

Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA and maintain active tax payer status. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before June 23, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST). Bid security of requisite shape, form and amount as specified in the Request for Proposal must accompany each submission. Hard bid submission is not permitted. All proposals must comply with relevant procurement regulations and bidding guidelines.

The pre-proposal conference will be held on June 10, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar office in Peshawar for consultants who wish to attend. Proposals will be opened through EPADS on June 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM (PST) in the presence of attending consultants.
