Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of HVAC system components and industrial valves under RFQ Number SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2155157, Document Number 2155157. The procurement includes five units of HVAC system typical 10-inch dual plate non-return valves with dual plate/double door check valve specifications, API 594/API 600 cast iron construction with carbon steel or stainless steel options, EPDM/NBR water sealing, and PN10/16 ASP ratings, along with four units of gear type butterfly valves sized 10-inch DN250 featuring wafer-BFV-W, lug-BFV-L manual worm gear operation with handwheel, high performance soft sealing, phenolic-backed EPDM/NBR seating, and stainless steel stem rated 16 bar. The total fixed bid security amount is PKR 12,000 with a bid value requirement of not less than PKR 500,000. This tender is issued for Sindh province with opening scheduled for 07 May 2026 at 14:04 hours and closing on 02 June 2026 at 15:00 hours. Complete delivery is mandated within 45 to 60 days following purchase order confirmation.
Bidders must ensure participation through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) with mandatory registration in the online portal. Physical bid bonds must be submitted to the Tender Room at Sui Southern Gas Company Head Office before the bid submission deadline, with scanned copies uploaded to EPADS. All documents including electronic bids and bid bonds in original format must be submitted before the specified deadline; bids lacking required signatures, stamps, or proper documentation will face rejection. Additional requirements include verification of technical literature with proper signatures and stamps, confirmation of current contact information with procurement department notification of any changes, specification of bid validity as stated in tender terms, and compliance with all tender conditions and warranty guarantees detailed in the annexures.
Bid documents are available for download from the SSGC website and EPADS platform; bidders must correctly complete the BOQ and bid forms with all relevant schedules and requirement details. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before the deadline or bids will be rejected outright. The evaluation shall be conducted on lowest technically and commercially compliant bidder basis unless otherwise specified, with sample submission required from the successful bidder during technical evaluation. All bid and bid bond submissions must remain valid for 150 days from the opening date, and detailed special terms, conditions, and warranty guarantees are attached to Annexure 01 of the tender documents.
