The Punjab Building Department North Zone through its Executive Engineer Building Division Chakwal invites item rate based tenders for the establishment of a School for Midwifery at District Headquarters Hospital Chakwal and selected THQ Hospitals, with one facility to be constructed at DHDC Chakwal. The project has an estimated cost of PKR 24.863 million and a contract period of 12 months. This infrastructure development initiative aims to enhance healthcare education facilities in Chakwal district, Punjab province.
Bidders must be contractors or firms duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category. Interested participants are required to submit earnest money in the amount of PKR 1.244 million (5 percent of estimated cost) in the form of a bank demand draft, cashier's cheque, or CDR from any scheduled bank. Conditional tenders and bids without accompanying earnest money shall be rejected outright.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement and Audit Development System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before 12:00 PM on 17 June 2026. Tender opening will occur at 12:30 PM on the same date. Physical earnest money must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Chakwal before the bid submission deadline.
