Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and authorized stockiest suppliers for the supply of Misc Heat Shrink Sleeve. Eligible bidders must possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-26 and be on the Active list of Federal Board of Revenue taxpayers. The tender reference is FCS/SGD/TE/022/26 with a closing date of 18 June 2026. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the PPRA web site EPAD and can be downloaded with printing charges at a fee of Rs. 1,000 payable to SNGPL Department.
Bidders are required to possess valid professional licenses and tax clearance certificates to participate in this tender. A bid bond of quoted material in a sealed envelope shaped as Bank Draft or Pay Order must be submitted along with the bid. The bid bond should be issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on a non-judicial stamp paper in favour of SNGPL. All bid quotations received without the bid bond will not be read or announced at tender opening and will not be considered for further evaluation. Bid downloads and printing charges must reach Procurement Department at Rs. 1,000 maximum.
Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents instructions must be submitted to the Procurement Department, SNGPL Office, 04 Km Multan Khurd Dhok Tali Tarap Ada, Talagang on or before 18 June 2026 at 03:00 Hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 03:30 Hours. The tender advertisement is available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk and agency website www.sngpl.com.pk. Bidders are requested to upload their tender documents on the SNGPL website and kindly depute their representative for tender opening.
