For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC is procuring construction and installation of deep well ground bed infrastructure at a pipeline location in Sindh. The contract appears to be a discrete civil works project rather than ongoing services. Bidding is through EPADS v2.0 with submission deadline August 18, 2026. Bid security requirement (amount not specified in notice) and performance guarantee will be mandatory. The procurement uses least-cost selection, suggesting this is price-competitive with defined technical specifications already established. Typical competitors would be civil contractors with experience in pipeline infrastructure and ground bed systems.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. For construction works, contractors typically require valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in appropriate category, active NTN and SECP registration, and demonstrated experience with similar infrastructure projects. The notice does not specify minimum turnover, team qualifications, or equipment requirements, but these are typically mandatory for civil construction contracts in Pakistan.
