Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids for the supply of plants for landscaping of Model Town Society in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is issued under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure and is open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The tender covers the supply and delivery of landscaping plants required for beautification and greenery enhancement of the Model Town area. Interested bidders can obtain detailed tender documents from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society during regular working hours by submitting a written request to the undersigned. Any technical clarifications or queries regarding the scope, specifications, or requirements may be sought from the office of the Civil Engineer during official business hours. Bidders must submit sealed bids before 1:00 PM on 17 June 2026 at the address specified by the Society. Bids received after the deadline, those containing ambiguities, or incomplete submissions will be rejected outright. The submitted bids will be opened one hour after the closure time on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives who wish to attend. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance of any bid or proposal without assigning reasons.
