Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 and a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad, invites sealed quotations from eligible, experienced, and registered vendors and suppliers for the provision of refreshment boxes, fruit boxes, lunch boxes with multiple options, and event catering and venue support services. The services are required for project activities across various Union Councils in Karachi under the Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) Project. The service locations include Gujro A, B, C, D and E in Karachi East, Ittehad Town in Kemari, Muzaffarabad and Muslimabad in Malir, Islamia Colony, Songal, Chishti Nagar in Karachi West, Khamiso Goth in Karachi Central, Gulshan Ghazi and Islam Nagar in Kemari, and Manghopir in Karachi West. Detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions, and field locations are provided in the RFQ document and Annex-A.
Interested bidders must be eligible, experienced, and registered vendors or suppliers meeting all eligibility requirements. Applicants are required to submit company profile, copy of CNIC of owner or proprietor, valid NTN and GST registration with active status, valid Food Authority License, bank statements for the last one year, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. All documentation must demonstrate the vendor's financial stability, regulatory compliance, and clean procurement history.
Interested firms and vendors are requested to submit sealed quotations clearly marked "Quotation for Karachi – Refreshment, Lunch Boxes & Catering Services" on or before 10 June 2026. Detailed specifications and submission instructions are available in the attached RFQ document titled "RFQ for Lunch, refreshment and Venue Support Arrangement in Karachi.pdf". Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the tender documentation.
