Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II, Multan invites interested individuals, firms and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the e-auction of its Café 24/7 canteen facility for a one-year period through the e-Auction Portal. The café is located on the ground floor covering 6,355 square feet with an additional 7,139 square feet on the first floor, providing comprehensive food service infrastructure including fast food, restaurant services, beverages, bakery items, and kitchen facilities. The auction is being conducted under the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, with the reserve price set at PKR 1,100,000 for one year.
Eligible applicants must be legally registered entities such as sole proprietors, firms or companies with active tax filer status from Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) where applicable. Applicants must not be barred, blacklisted or disqualified by any government department or agency, and must submit an e-affidavit confirming their eligibility. All required documents must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal during registration, which will be scrutinized by the auction committee.
