Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority, Directorate of Environment (East) under the Urban Division-I invites electronic bids on a single-stage, single-envelope basis for the provision of summer and autumn flower seedlings. The estimated project value is Rs. 2,800,000 with an earliest money release of Rs. 248,400. This procurement is open to firms well reputed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-10etc, and bidders must demonstrate their eligibility and qualifications as outlined in the bidding documents for the year 2026-27 in Islamabad, Federal Province.
Prospective bidders are required to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and must submit their bids accompanied by a bid security duly generated from the firm's own account in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of the Director of Environment (East), Capital Development Authority. All bids must be uploaded online through the EPADS portal in PDF format, with original bid security documents provided to the office of the Director Environment (East), CDA at 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad.
Bidders are instructed to submit their bids online through EPADS on or before 17 June 2026 at 11:30 AM, with manual bids not being entertained. Electronic bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM using EPADS publicly, in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders' representatives at the Director Environment (East) office. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on EPADS and on the CDA and PPRA websites. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
