Description / Scope of Work
The District Judiciary Dir Lower invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced and reputable firms and suppliers duly registered on and through KPPRA E-PADS for the procurement and supply of goods, works and services for the District and Sessions Court under the KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules 2014. This tender encompasses five categories of items: IT Equipment, Hardware, Plant and Machinery, Furniture and Fixtures, and Stationery supplies, with delivery required as per work order. The procurement is being conducted through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules and E-PADS system to ensure transparency and competitive bidding for the judicial infrastructure in Dir Lower.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities holding valid NTN or STN, maintain active taxpayer status, possess valid business or professional registration, demonstrate relevant experience in supply of similar goods, and not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization. All bids require bid security equivalent to two percent of the bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents which can be obtained from the District Courts office or downloaded from the KPPRA E-PADS website.
Sealed bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes marked as One-Technical Bid and Two-Financial Bid packed in one outer sealed envelope and reach the office of the undersigned on or before 10:00 AM on June 17, 2026. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office in Timergara. Bidders must provide samples of all items for examination by the procurement committee during bid opening. The successful bidder must supply or install equipment within 15 days of the supply order, with late bids not entertained.
