Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Mominabad, Karachi West invites sealed tenders through EPADS for the procurement and installation of paver blocks in the surrounding area of Gulzar-e-Madina Masjid in Mominabad. The work is valued at Rs. 1,998,312 with an estimated project cost under Rs. 3.0 million. This construction project is located in Sector 11-E Shahrah-e-Orangi, Karachi West, Sindh province. The tender process follows SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) and is open to firms with adequate experience in relevant construction and paving works.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria to participate, including possession of a valid NTN certificate, current professional tax registration, valid SRB certificate, recent bank statement, demonstrated relevant experience in paver block installation, and turnover documentation for at least three years. Bid security is required in the form of a pay order in favor of TMC Mominabad. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be accepted. Bidders must furnish documentary evidence supporting each eligibility criterion and minimum qualification requirement. The bid validity period is 15 days from the submission date.
Tender documents are available from 02 June 2026 to 17 June 2026 during office hours at the Office of the Executive Engineer B&R, TMC Mominabad, Sector 11-E Shahrah-e-Orangi, Karachi West. The tender cost is Rs. 2,000. Sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 17 June 2026, with opening scheduled at 12:30 PM the same day at the Executive Engineer's office. Work completion is required within 45 days of written order. Liquidity damages are fixed at Rs. 1,000 per day of delay, not exceeding 10% of estimated cost. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the sanctioned cost and will have 2% retention money deducted from bills.
