Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Buildings Division No. II, Karachi invites sealed tenders for repair and maintenance works of Safe House NAB Karachi located at H No. 15/1, Street No. 30, Khaaban-e-Shamsher, Phase-V, Extension, DHA Karachi under reference NO.TC/G-55/PBD-II/1096 dated 02-05-2025. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 25,000,000 with a contract duration of six months. This single-stage two-envelope tender is open to eligible bidders strictly in accordance with SPPRA E-Procurement submission requirements and will be submitted through the newly introduced EPADS method.
Bidders must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with specialization in EE04, CE01, or CE10 categories. Eligible contractors must hold an active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), provide three years of experience in similar repair and maintenance work, and maintain a valid electric license from the Inspectorate of Electrical License Sindh. Bid security equivalent to five percent of the bid amount must be submitted as a call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. The cost of bidding documents is Rs. 3,000 with a tender fee of Rs. 3,000.

Tender applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division No. II, Karachi, Barrack No. 18, Block-4-A, Sindh Secretariat, Court Road, Saddar Karachi. The last date for receipt of applications is 22-06-2026 with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the office of the undersigned. Bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening.
