Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL), Pakistan's leading integrated gas company engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the hiring of services related to risk assessment, simops and hazops study, chairman study, design and supervision services for revamping of HVAC works for SSGCL building in Karachi. This tender is issued under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive risk assessment services with study, design and supervision components for the building's HVAC revamping project located in Karachi, Sindh province.
Bidders must register in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) as per SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 08th March 2023, E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. A fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Only) in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited must accompany all priced bids. Tender fee is free of cost. All documents including bid bond in original form must be submitted before the deadline, with scanned copies uploaded on EPADS. Bidders are required to ensure all signatures and stamps are affixed as required and that bid validity is specified as per tender terms.
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal on or before 23-06-2026 at 1200 hours. Bids will be publicly opened at 1230 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives. Tender documents are available for download from the SSGC website (www.ssgc.com.pk) and EPADS portal. Bidders should confirm their intention to submit by fax to General Manager (Procurement) at Fax No. 99231583. The advertisement is also published on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.net). The company reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning reasons.
