Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department of the Government of the Punjab, Lahore Division CBDC, invites sealed percentage or item rate tenders for concrete lining works on Rode Minor canal from RD 0+000 to 20+000 (TAIL). The project is estimated at Rs. 102,071,397 and covers a critical irrigation infrastructure component in the Lahore Division area of Punjab province. This canal lining project is essential for improving water conveyance efficiency and preventing seepage losses in the provincial irrigation network.
Tenders are open to eligible contractors with appropriate experience in similar civil works. Bidders must possess valid contractor registration and licenses as required by relevant authorities. The amount of earnest money required is Rs. 5,103,570, which serves as bid security and must be submitted along with the tender documents. All bidders must comply with the tender conditions and submit their bids in sealed envelopes bearing the tender reference numbers.
The contract duration for project completion is 12 months from the date of issuance. Tender documents are issued by the Executive Engineer, Lahore Division CBDC, and must be submitted by the contractor to whom the form was officially issued. The tender opening shall be conducted by the Engineer-in-Charge, and any tenders not bearing the official stamp and signature or submitted by unauthorized contractors will be rejected.
