Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids for hiring the services of reputable security company to provide armed security guards for protecting GEPCO properties in the jurisdiction of GEPCO. The tender is for 660 security personnel and carries a bid guarantee of PKR 8,000,000. This procurement is issued under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, for providing security guards armed from Pti Army fighting and supporting area nearby CD. The scope encompasses security arrangements at various installations, offices, buildings and properties of GEPCO located in district Gujranwala, Wazirabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Hafizabad and Gujrat in Punjab province.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that the Material Management GEPCO (Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited) shall be sole services provider. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all procurement regulations. A bid security of PKR 8,000,000 is required from each bidder. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and all technical and financial requirements as outlined in the tender document. Conditional bids and submissions without the required bid guarantee will be rejected summarily.
Bid documents are available at GEPCO's office in Gujranwala and through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The bid opening date is Tuesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with submission deadline by Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid security of amount mentioned must be monitored duly. The bid meeting will be held on 18-02-2025 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM to correct report on the office of Manager MM-GEPCO HQ Gujranwala.
