Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of imported liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) totalling 2500 metric tonnes for the month of June 2026, specifically for delivery during 18th to 25th June 2026. This tender is issued under reference number GF-19699-JA and will be conducted through the SAP Ariba Portal. The procurement is open to vendors across Sindh province and nationwide who meet the specified eligibility requirements and can demonstrate adequate financial standing and relevant experience in LPG supply.
Eligible bidders must be active tax payers holding valid NTN and GST/PST certificates. Contractors must provide scanned copies of valid tax registration documents, GST/PST certificates, and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative as part of their tender documents collection request. All bidders are required to have a SAP Ariba Network ID, and vendors without existing registration must register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal prior to participation. Bidders are encouraged to maintain familiarity with current eligibility criteria and any updates issued by the company.
Tender documents will be available for collection through the SAP Ariba Portal from 01 June 2026 at 08:30 AM until 17 June 2026 at 02:15 PM. Interested parties must submit a duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead via the portal, mentioning the tender number in the subject line. Bid submission deadline is 18 June 2026 at 02:15 PM, and bid opening will commence on the same date at 03:00 PM onwards through the SAP Ariba Portal.
